A creative journey...in art, business and life.
I am in the position of living where there was only ever one hurricane in Toronto, and that was 3 years before I was born. I know that I can't even begin to imagine the devastation that a hurrican can incur...my thoughts and prayers echo Gail's.
I second that thought, Gail.Take care,I.
Ike decided to go in north of us and spared us. My sister lives in Clute. She spent the hurricane with me and my family. Fortunately, her apartment did not suffer any damage. She just lost the food in her refrigerator due to the power loss.My sister-in-law wasn't as fortunate. They have a beautiful aquarium that suffered greatly when they lost power. They also lost a tree and a window got broken. There is some water damage and it looks like someone took a sand blaster to their front door.We lost a young man at a beach just north of us where my son loves to surf. He was swept away by an unexected wave. So sad. Please keep his family in your prayers. Teresa
