New Upcoming Classes

Classes, classes, we've got classes! Three new ones in fact!
 And here's the scoop.

Starting Monday, April 19 we have Baby's Got BACKground with Margaret Sarantis
Margaret is a Sacramento watercolor artist and children's/women's creativity instructor. She says, "I've been painting for about 8 years. I started out as a watercolor purist, but have evolved and blossomed along the way, so now I'm proud to say I have added collage, acrylic and sculpture into the mix."  Margaret is going to be teaching 10 background techniques that can be applied to journaling, collage or painting.

Also beginning Monday April 19 we have Bookbinding 2 ~ the Art of Measuring and Stitching with Rhomany.  If you have ever entertained the idea of learning bookbinding this is a a perfect class for you!  For a minimum of expense and with no experience you can make a simple, multi-signature book with a pretty hand sewn binding and a great, collaged, mixed-media cover that can be adapted for any occasion.

Starting Monday May 3 we have Mastering Decorative Painting Basics Part 2 with Liz Miller, CDA.  In this part 2 of the 3 part series Liz shows you how to create depth and volume in your's all about shading.  It also is an excellent, stand alone guide for those of you who want to improve your side loading or have had difficulty with side loading. You will learn easy to follow steps that lead to successful side loading.

So come visit Creative Workshops and check out all of our classes.  We now have 27 classes!!!  All in one place and reasonably priced.  And if you aren't aware of it all our classes are taught by video, so it is as if you have a spot right at the front of the class.  And the classes are ongoing, meaning there is no end date and you can join at any time and work at your own pace, and fit classes to your schedule.  The feedback I get from our students tell me they love this concept!
